According to The Sun, Dr Stacey Duvenage from the Institute of Natural Resources at the University of Greenwich in London said that reheating chicken is actually fine, as long as the temperature is right.
The right temperature for reheating chicken is useful for killing existing bacteria.
“To kill existing bacteria, an overall temperature of 75 degrees Celsius must be achieved in the thickest part of the cut,” he said.
Not heating properly can result in the risk of food-borne illnesses. Also, keep in mind that you should only heat it once!
