Menstruation or menstruation is normal blood that comes out of a woman's uterus which is not caused by childbirth. Normally, a woman experiences a menstrual cycle that lasts between 21-35 days.
Bleeding that comes out of the vagina is dirty blood, so that women who are having menstrual bleeding are in a state of great hadas. That is why Muslim women who are menstruating are prohibited from performing certain acts of worship, one of which is the Ramadan fast.
Muslim women who have finished their menstrual period may perform fasting, prayer and other forms of worship after performing the obligatory bath. Obligatory bathing means flowing water all over the body with certain intention readings to purify oneself from major hadas. Different from bathing in general, bathing must have provisions that must be followed.
The order of obligatory bathing for menstruating women is explained in the hadith of the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, narrated by Bukhari. He said,
“When you menstruate, you should leave the prayer. When the menstrual bleeding stops, you should bathe and pray.” (HR Bukhari).
To be more clear, here are the procedures and the intention of mandatory bathing that Beauties need to know.

Obligatory bathing after menstruation must be preceded by reading the intention. The following is a reading about the mandatory bathing intentions after menstruation.
I intended to do ghusl to remove the major impurity from menstruation, as an obligation for God Almighty.
Nawaitu ghusla liraf'il hadatsil akbari minal haidhi fardhan lillaahi ta'aalaa.
Meaning: “I intend to bathe to remove major hadas from menstruation because of Allah Ta'ala.”

Reading the intention of bathing is obligatory in the heart. Clean both palms 3 times. Cleaning feces in the genitals and anus with water. Only then wash your hands with soap. Ablution is like performing a prayer. Sprinkle water over the head to the base of the hair 3 times, while washing the hair with your fingers. Sprinkle water all over the body, starting from the right side then to the left side. Make sure the water reaches the hidden parts and folds of the body evenly.
After that, continue the series of bathing as usual, such as using soap, shampoo, and others until complete. Among the procedures above, the only ones that include the obligatory bath are intentions, cleaning the excrement from the genitals, and pouring water all over the body. Meanwhile, the other is the muakkad sunnah whose implementation is highly recommended.
A person who will perform salat after the obligatory bath does not have to perform ablution again, because the obligatory bath includes ablution. Quoted from NU Online Jombang, several scholars including Abu Bakar bin Al-Araby in the book Tuhfatul Ahwadzi opined as follows:
“Abu Bakr bin Al-Araby said that there are no scholars who have different opinions regarding the issue of wudu which is included in bathing. And in fact, the intention to purify the junub perfects the intention to purify the hadas and at the same time aborts the purification of hadas (wudu). Because the things that prevent junub are more numerous than the things that prevent hadas.”
In fact, Siti Aisyah ra narrates a hadith that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, always performed salat without ablution after taking a junub bath:
“On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said: The Messenger of God often took a bath and then prayed two rak'ahs and the morning prayer. And I did not see him renewing his ablution after taking a bath.” (HR Abu Daud, Nasa'i, and Tirmidhi).
