Shin Tae-yong’s troops have arrived in the Philippines and immediately held training in preparation for this match.
The Garuda squad also looked tired and tired during their first training in the Philippines. This is due to the journey of Garuda troops from Iraq to the Philippines.
“Indeed, after the match against Iraq, we moved to the Philippines, we were on the road all day, so the players were tired and tired,” said Shin Tae-yong, quoted from the official PSSI website.
Even so, Shin Tae-yong admitted that he had prepared the team well ahead of the match against the Philippines later.
“But I will prepare the team well,” he added.
The South Korean coach admitted that the players had to immediately adapt to the grass at the Rizal Memorial Stadium which uses synthetic grass.
“As you can see, the grass (Rizal Memorial Stadium) is not real, but synthetic. “So we focus on recovery training and at the same time training so that players quickly adapt to synthetic grass,” he said.
