Dimas Seto and Dhini Aminarti are one of the celebrity couples who chose to emigrate.
On one occasion, the couple who married in 2009 then told about their emigration journey.
Dimas Seto revealed that there were many things that happened and made his heart push to be better.
“There are various kinds, yes, Allah gives us a process to tap his heart to become better. Some come from the environment, some may also come from what he has experienced around him,” said Dimas Seto, quoted by Detik on Wednesday (27/3).
“But, it's best to remember, in my opinion, because I was reminded in the best position to remember, that is death,” he continued.
Dimas Seto also said that death was also the most extraordinary reminder for him to get closer to God.
“In the beginning, I was left behind by my friends and died at a very young age.” said Dimas Seto.
Dimas Seti then tried to do his best to carry out all of Allah's commands and hoped that he could always be consistent in carrying out this choice.
“Thank God, with Allah's permission, I was given a hand in having opportunities in the world of education, especially Al-Qur'an education. If you ask me why? I don't know. This is not something that was planned,” said Dimas Seto.
“I just pray to God, 'Oh God, show me, accept, my steps and walk with what You are pleased with'. It means that we want whatever we do to be the best according to God, not the best according to us,” he continued.
Apart from that, Dimas Seto and Dhini Aminarti have not yet had children.
Dimas Seto also considered that this was God's destiny so that he and his wife could care for 46 foster children.
“I don't know, maybe this is the best from Allah. Qadarullah we haven't been given offspring, the wisdom of COVID yesterday we also built a tahfiz house with friends. Finally there is a child (foster), until now it's been 3 years, I don't know either, this isn't something that was planned,” said Dimas Seto.
“In our house it is called Rumah Musyawarah. In it all good and caring activities are carried out, one of which is education for teenagers 18-20 years old,” he concluded.
