Holiday Allowance (THR) is a religious wage that employers need to pay to their employees. If you don't get your THR by the maximum deadline of April 3 2024, you can report this to the complaints post.
The Minister of Manpower, Ida Fauziyah, confirmed that the distribution of THR for Eid 2024 needs to be done no later than H-7 Eid or April 3 2024. Companies are asked to provide workers and laborers with their rights in accordance with applicable regulations.
“Furthermore, this religious THR must be paid no later than seven days before the religious holiday. This THR must be paid in full, not in installments. “I ask the company to pay attention and I hope the company complies with these provisions,” said Ida, quoted from the CNBC Indonesia page, Monday (25/3/2024).

THR 2024 complaint post
The Ministry of Manpower established a THR 2024 complaints post. This is in line with the publication of Circular Letter (SE) of the Minister of Manpower Number M/2/HK.04/III/2024 concerning the Implementation of Providing Religious Holiday Allowances in 2024 for Workers/Labourers in Companies.
In the letter, the government also emphasized that THR is paid no later than 7 days before Eid al-Fitr. THR must also be paid in full and cannot be paid in installments or postponed.
“With the issuance of this SE, we are restarting the religious THR post, this post is in the building next door (Central Ministry of Manpower Building), later you can see it directly. “And I am announcing this with this SE, the Ministry of Manpower's THR post has been reopened,” said Ida, quoted from the detikcom page.
The complaint post can also be opened via https://poskothr.kemnaker.go.id. Ida also asked Governors, Mayors and Regents to form THR Employment Task Force Command Posts in their areas. He ordered that the post be integrated with the Ministry of Manpower website.
“I ask governors and mayors to form THR 2024 Consultation Services and Law Enforcement Employment Task Force Command Posts in each province and district. “And I ask that it be integrated with the poskothr.kemnaker.go.id website,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Director General of Labor Inspection and K3 Development at the Ministry of Manpower, Haiyani Rumondang, reported that last year there were 1,558 complaints regarding the distribution of THR. Around 1,434 reports have been followed up, while 124 others have not been acted upon.
“The explanation that cannot be followed up is that there are complaints that people who work at state administration institutions, embassies, foreign consulates, whose addresses cannot be found. “Indeed, there are many companies or there is incomplete data,” he said.
For this reason, the report needs to include a complete address and company status (branch or headquarter).
“Therefore, there needs to be complete data being complained about, including what company it is, where it is, whether it is a primary company or a branch,” said Haiyani.
So, that's how you need to make a report to the 2024 THR complaints post if you don't get your THR by the time limit set by the government. Hopefully it's useful, yes, Mother.
