Fasting not only involves our spiritual, but also our physical. When fasting, the body experiences changes in eating patterns and metabolism, which can affect skin health.
However, by choosing the right foods at dawn and breaking the fast, we can ensure that our skin remains healthy and radiant throughout the month of Ramadan. One of the keys to healthy, glowing skin is eating foods rich in antioxidants, which help fight free radicals and keep skin fresh.
Here are some foods that we should consider including in our suhoor and iftar menu.
