Through this special menu, you can break your fast with a light meal first or a main meal at PAUL.

In Ramadan this year, PAUL Indonesia tries to present French culinary delights with typical Indonesian flavors. For example, there is Millefeuille Martabak to Ice Blend Putu Mayang.
“This year's Ramadan we want to try to present a local taste that is suitable for the Indonesian palate but don't forget the identity of PAUL, which is a bakery outlet from France,” said PAUL Indonesia Marketing Manager Laura Tailpied.

PAUL Indonesia provides several menus for Ramadan, starting from the main dish White Snapper Sambal Matah which is served with spicy chili sauce, mashed potatoes and salad to start the meal.
Then, there is also Chicken Curry, which is delicious curry chicken served with rice, as well as Chicken Leg with Rice & Sambal Matah Kecap, grilled chicken thigh with mixed vegetables and soy sauce served with rice.

Then for dessert, there is Date Soft Bread, sweet bread with added dates and peanut butter, and Chocolate Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream, a chocolate brownie served with delicious vanilla ice cream. There is also Tarte Pisang Bolen which is available in whole and sliced versions, with a sweet tart shell filled with banana, chocolate and cheese.
Apart from that, you can also enjoy Gula Melaka Cake, which is pandan cake with gula melaka topped with grated coconut and chantilly cream.
PAUL Le Cafe's Ramadan Special Menu

For PAUL Le Cafe, there is a menu for breaking the fast lightly, such as Date Soft Bread, sweet bread served with additional dates and peanut butter, to a menu that was previously only available at PAUL Le Cafe Trans Studio Bandung, namely Millefeuille Martabak which consists of two layers of puff pastry. filled with custard cream, chocolate, cheese and banana.
There are also cold drinks available such as Ice Blend Putu Mayang, a drink made from pandan juice mixed with coconut milk and brown sugar, and Ice Klepon Matcha, a drink made from pandan juice mixed with coconut milk, matcha powder and brown sugar. Lastly, Banana Chocolate Date Frappe, a cold drink mixed with banana, dates and milk.
