MotoGP observer Ricard Jove said Marc Marquez appeared calmer in MotoGP 2024. Jove analyzed that the owner of number 93 now has more calculation when appearing on the race track.
Marquez finally successfully completed his debut with Gresini Ducati at the 2024 Qatar MotoGP, last Monday (11/3/2024). The team nicknamed The Baby Alien managed to occupy fourth place in the race.
This record is certainly very good for a debut racer like Marquez. The good achievement in this first race also shows that The Baby Alien's fitness condition has improved.
Jove also praised Marquez's performance at the 2024 Qatar MotoGP. The MotoGP observer said that The Baby Alien was successful in showing his 'calm' side to achieve the best results.
“I see a different Marc, I see him more organized, who will not experience too many failures. A Marc who thinks, is no longer the same as before,” said Jove, quoted from the Motosan website, Monday (18/3/2024).
However, Jove also did not hesitate to say that Marquez would be 'violent' again when he was in prime condition. Moreover, Ducati will certainly support the six-time world champion to add to his title.
“When Marc is at 99 percent condition, he will take risks and especially knowing that Ducati will not let you down,” said Jove.
Jove himself admits that Marquez has a big chance of becoming MotoGP champion in 2024. He believes that Ducati will not dare to block Marquez's steps if he succeeds in entering the competition for the title.
“There are riders on that bike who are at a higher level, but of course he will have the option to fight for the title. Ducati can't play around like this. They didn't do that last year when they had the chance to play a little and let the riders fight and “is not involved anymore. He will not hinder Marc Márquez,” he added.
