Suara.com – FC Porto coach Sergio Conceicao ensures that his team will appear dangerous when they visit Arsenal's headquarters in the second leg of the Champions League last 16 at the Emirates Stadium, London, Wednesday (13/3/2024) early morning WIB.
Quoted by Antara from the official UEFA website, Monday, Sergio explained that the one goal advantage they had from the first leg would not have much influence on the match later.
“This is a good match, a Champions League match. Our opponents controlled more of the ball, but Porto were always more dangerous,” explained Sergio.

In the last first leg match, Porto succeeded in sealing victory with a narrow score of 1-0 thanks to the only goal scored by Galeno.
Regarding the progress of the first leg match, Sergio assessed that his team performed extraordinary, but before the second leg his team only had a short time to prepare.
“The players must be happy with what they did (in the first leg). There was little time to work, but there was a lot of determination,” said Sergio.
“The team understands perfectly the space they have to enter to condition our opponents and also what we have to do up front to hurt them,” he concluded.
In the second leg, Porto only needs to at least secure a draw against Arsenal to ensure they qualify for the quarter-finals of this season's Champions League.
