Wahyudi Hamisi is currently in the public spotlight after carrying out brutal actions in League 1. This makes many parties want the midfielder who plays for PSS Sleman to receive heavy sanctions.
One of the parties who wants Wahyu to receive heavy sanctions is the secretary general of PSSI, Yunus Nusi. He hopes that every player who behaves in a disgraceful manner during a match in League 1 will receive heavy sanctions.
Disgraceful behavior in the form of intentional or unintentional violations has become commonplace in football. Usually this behavior causes tension between the two competing teams.
Wahyu Hamisi himself is a 26 year old midfielder who is currently defending PSS Sleman. Apparently this is not the first time he has committed a violent offense against an opposing player. Because previously he broke a League 1 player's bones and retired.
2 Brutal Violations of Wahyu Hamisi
1. Wahyu Hamisi kicks Bruno Moreira in the head
In the PSS Sleman match against Persebaya Surabaya in the 27th week of Liga 1 2023/2024 at the Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium, Wahyu Hamisi was seen kicking Bruno Moreira's head who was lying down.
This action then made Bruno furious, causing a commotion between both teams. It didn't stop there, Wahyu also raised his middle finger at the Persebaya players when the riots occurred.
This made Persebaya launch an official protest. Bajul Ijo sent a letter and evidence to PSSI. In its statement, Persebaya also regretted referee Ginanjar Rahman's decision to only give Wahyudi Hamisi a yellow card.
Wahyu Hamisi's disgraceful action also received attention from the secretary general of PSSI, Yunus Nusi. It was stated that PSSI had coordinated with the Referee Committee to investigate this matter.
2. Two Foot Tackle on Robertino Pugliara
Robertino Pugliara, a player who has extraordinary talent, had to end his career because he suffered a serious injury due to a vicious tackle from Wahyudi Hamisi in 2018.
This incident occurred when Wahyu was still in the Borneo FC uniform on October 13 2018 at Gelora Bung Tomo against Persebaya. At that time, Robertino, who was carrying the ball, received a hard scissor tackle from behind.
From there, Robertino started screaming in pain, the worst part was that Wahyu Hamisi only got a yellow card from the referee.
Because of this tackle, Robertino had to end the match early in the 15th minute due to suffering a broken fibula bone. Because this injury also made Robertino hang up his shoes.
These are two serious violations that Wahyu Hamisi has committed. The thing that needs to be highlighted here is that the two yellow cards for two serious violations show the Indonesian referee's lack of firmness in giving sanctions.
