Suara.com – Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) played a goalless draw when they visited AS Monaco's headquarters in the 24th match of the French Ligue 1 which was held at the Stade Louis II on Saturday (2/3/2024) early morning WIB.
Despite dominating ball possession and using Kylian Mbappe, PSG failed to score a goal in this match.
Quoted by ANTARA from the official Ligue 1 website, this result does not change the position of PSG and AS Monaco in the standings. PSG is still at the top of the 2023/24 French League standings with 55 points from 24 matches.

Meanwhile, AS Monaco also did not move from third place. They have collected 42 points, one point behind Brest who is in second place.
The match was quite fierce, PSG dominated possession of the ball, but Monaco threatened several times at the start of the first half through Folarin Balogun and Takumi Minamino, who were still blocked by Gianluigi Donnarumma.
At the start of the second half, PSG coach Luis Enrique took out Kylian Mbappe and brought in Randal Kolo Muani.
This change seems to indicate that PSG is starting to try to play without the French striker, who is certain to leave next season.
Even so, PSG tried to be more aggressive in the second half. Unfortunately their opportunities have not come to fruition.
Until the match was finished, no goals were scored by either team. The match ended in a goalless draw.
