Suara.com – Komika Kiky Saputri openly criticizes the hospital system in Indonesia which is contradictory to the appearance of the buildings.
According to Muhammad Khairi's wife, hospital buildings in Indonesia are really good. But not with the system inside.
“Which hospital? Indonesia has good hospitals, you know. But not the system,” said Kiky Saputri when appearing on Deddy Corbuzier's podcast recently.
Kiky Saputri also shared an experience that showed that the hospital system in Indonesia was very poor.
“My brother, my mother's older brother, well, his wound got infected. That's to the point where he fainted. So the wound became so infected,” he said, quoting the account @lambegosiip, Thursday (29/2/2024).
On the advice of Kiky Saputri's mother, her brother was taken to the best hospital because the clinic in his home area was inadequate.
However, when they wanted to book a room, they experienced problems because they stated the wrong method of payment.
“Finally he was taken to the hospital, (asked) 'What do you use to pay? General or BPJS?'

The hospital also refused to accept Kiky Saputri's older sister on the grounds that the rooms were full.
Kiky Saputri also advised the mother to pay in another way which would ensure that her sibling would be served immediately.
“'Say not publicly, (but) privately, pay privately', I said that. Then called again (to the hospital). 'Ma'am, this is private', (answered) 'oh, private? Come on, come on'. There is the room, the doctor's coming,” he sneered with an astonished face.

Hearing Kiky Saputri's story, many netizens also expressed their oddities about the hospital system in Indonesia.
“That's why I'm afraid of using BPJS,” said @ch.anessa***.
“It's really true, especially if BPJS is lazy in its services,” said @tenia***.
