Suara.com – Yudha Arfandi's cruelty was seen during the reconstruction scene of the murder of Raden Andante alias Dante (6), son of artist Tamara Tyasmara.
In the 115 scenes performed by Yudha during the reconstruction, Yudha's cruel behavior can be seen drowning Dante's tiny body in a 1.5 meter deep swimming pool.
This moment occurred in scene 44E, when Yudha drowned Dante in the water for 54 seconds.
“The suspect Yudha grabbed the child victim Raden Andante, immersed the child victim Raden Andante in the water for 54 seconds,” said Head of Unit 2 of the Jatanras Sub-Directorate, Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, Kompol Bara Libra, who read out the sequence of the scene in East Newsdelivers.com, Wednesday (28/2/ 2024).
Yudha also pushed Dante's body backwards when he wanted to reach the edge of the swimming pool. As a result, Dante was unable to reach the edge of the swimming pool and remained in the water.
“The suspect Yudha pushed the victim, Raden Andante, from being able to reach the edge of the swimming pool by pushing him backwards,” he said.
Yudha's ferocity did not end, in the 44th scene, Yudha then turned around and slammed Dante's body with his head still submerged in the water.
In scene 44 H, Yudha also pulled Dante's body back to the center, when the victim was trying to swim to the edge of the pool. Yudha began to lift the victim, when the victim was starting to run out of breath.
This incident was revealed in the 45th scene where Yudha lifted and shook Dante's body.
“Then the suspect Yudha Arfandi pressed the victim's chest using both hands,” said Bara.
Seeing this, several people in the swimming pool then tried to help Dante, by evacuating him to the hospital using a car.
“The child victim, Raden Andante, got into the car and was then taken to Pondok Kopi Islamic Hospital,” said Bara.
The total number of scenes in this reconstruction was 115 scenes in two different locations. The first 13 scenes were shot at Polda Metro Jaya, which is assumed to be Yudha's house.
The rest was carried out in a swimming pool in East Newsdelivers.com, where Dante died as a result of Yudha's actions.
Killed by Drowning
It is known that Dante died after swimming in the swimming pool in the Pondok Kelapa area, Newsdelivers.com on January 27 2024.
The news of Dante's death was first announced to the public by his mother, Tamara Tyasmara, on January 28 2024.
At that time, Dante was thought to have died due to drowning while swimming. Tamara Tyasmara briefly mentioned the incident at the swimming pool involving Dante.
However, the story of Dante's death changed after the police handled the case. CCTV footage from the swimming pool where Dante allegedly drowned shows footage of events that are very different from public assumptions.
It is clearly visible in the CCTV footage that Dante is swimming accompanied by Yudha Arfandi. In one of the moments recorded, Yudha appeared to deliberately immerse Dante's body in water several times.
“The perpetrator immersed the victim in the pool 12 times, with varying durations, including 14 seconds, 24 seconds, 4 seconds, 2 seconds, 26 seconds, 4 seconds, 21 seconds, 7 seconds, 17 seconds, 8 seconds, and “26 seconds. The last experiment was carried out for 54 seconds,” explained the Director of Crime and Crime at Polda Metro Jaya, Commissioner Wira Satya Triputra, in a recent release.
Not just immersing, Yudha Arfandi also made several movements to stop Dante when he wanted to move to the edge of the pool.
“Every time the victim wanted to reach the edge of the pool, the suspect continued to pull the victim's body and legs to keep swimming. The suspect did this approximately four times,” explained Wira Satya Triputra.
Yudha Arfandi himself has been named a suspect by investigators from the Jatanras Sub-Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya after being arrested on February 9 2024.
Yudha, who was initially charged with negligence, is now facing the death penalty for violence against children and premeditated murder.
