Suara.com – Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB) Abdullah Azwar Anas said that the minister's official residence built in the Indonesian capital (IKN) is smaller than the current official residence in Newsdelivers.com.
This was conveyed by Azwar Anas when answering a question about the issue of the minister's luxury house at IKN which was a matter of public discussion.
“In fact, in my opinion, the current minister's house (built in IKN) is smaller than the minister's house in Newsdelivers.com. “It's smaller, in fact the land is smaller, the buildings are also smaller,” said Azwar Anas at the Presidential Palace in Newsdelivers.com, Monday (26/2/2024).
Azwar emphasized that he was not talking about whether the minister's official residence at IKN was luxurious or not, but according to him the size of the minister's official residence at IKN was smaller.
The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), through the IKN Infrastructure Development Implementation Task Force, revealed that the interior and furniture of the minister's office at IKN uses domestic products.
“Local products, because the enthusiasm is really as great as possible. If local products already exist, we will use them,” said Head of the IKN Infrastructure Development Implementation Task Force Danis Sumadilaga in Newsdelivers.com, Monday.
According to Danis, the use of local products in the minister's home is implemented even for floor tiles and lamps.
Local products, he continued, were also used for the interior and furniture of the State Palace and the President's Office at IKN.
Danis said that progress in the construction of houses for ministerial positions had reached almost 80 percent.
The PUPR Ministry has completed the construction of two units of houses for ministerial positions, as model houses (mock ups) at IKN. (Between)
