One of the Indonesian singers who was invited to witness this luxurious event was Melly Lee. Melly expressed this when she was a guest star on TRANS TV's Rumpi program some time ago.
Melly revealed that she was present and contributed her voice at Prince Mateen's wedding for two days. Even so, Melly did not sing at the reception.

“There were two days (of Prince Mateen's wedding) but not the reception,” he summarized on the TRANS TV Official YouTube channel, Tuesday (20/2/2024).
“One of the guests was Prince Mateen's parents, then there was the Queen Mother, and then there were also his uncles. So it was specifically for the family,” he continued.
Rules for attending Prince Mateen's wedding
On the same occasion, Melly said that she should not act carelessly when singing at Prince Mateen's wedding. Melly is not even allowed to take photos carelessly.
“Because the first time, usually when we want to sing there is an update on the story (Instagram) like what. This is basically before starting, on D-1 we are told that when we sing we can't bring a cellphone. We are also not allowed to take random photos, until we want to. “photos on walls in the kingdom are not allowed,” he explained.
“Except after (the event) is finished then we can (update and take photos). So I still have my cellphone. The photos I posted were actually at the hotel,” continued Melly.
Not only that, the way Prince Mateen's wedding performers dress has also been regulated. Melly said that she was only allowed to wear modest, long-sleeved clothes.
“Wearing clothes also can't be open. So they have to have long sleeves. Basically they have to be covered. Coincidentally, Melly also wants to bring regional clothes. If the colors are safe, the important thing is to be polite,” explained the 19-year-old singer.
