Suara.com – Prabowo-Gibran Digital Team (PRIDE) National Volunteer Coordinator Anthony Leong revealed the secret of candidate pair 02 temporarily winning the most votes according to the quick count or real count version of the Indonesian KPU.
According to Anthony, a massive digital campaign was one of the keys to candidate pair 02's victory.
“This is one of the synergies and collaborations of a massive land and air campaign that prioritizes educational content for the wider community,” said Anthony, quoted by Antara.
According to Anthony, his party has done its best to socialize the Prabowo-Gibran program via digital platforms.
This, he said, was to gain public support among young people who are active users of social media.
These efforts, continued Anthony, bore fruit. This can be seen from the higher vote acquisition of Prabowo-Gibran compared to other candidate pairs based on quick counts.
“Because the target of our social media strategy has been seen by hundreds of millions and received billions of engagement views,” he said.
Anthony said that the number of Prabowo-Gibran votes indicated that victory was in sight.
Therefore, he hopes that Prabowo-Gibran can become leaders who can meet people's expectations.
“This is not just about Prabowo-Gibran, but also Indonesia's future to become a developed country,” said Anthony.
Provisional results based on the KPU website on Friday at 17:30 WIB, Prabowo-Gibran won 57.06 percent of the vote.
In second place, there is the Anies-Muhaimin (AMIN) pair with 24.94 percent and in last place, Ganjar-Mahfud with 18 percent of the vote.
