Suara.com – Presidential candidate number 3 Ganjar Pranowo stated the importance of education and culture to build ethical strength and character. So that respect for parents and teachers is maintained.
This was conveyed by Ganjar at the People's Celebration which took place in the green open space (RTH), Banyuwangi, East Java, Thursday (8/2). Tens of thousands of supporters attended.
Ganjar said that people are often hurt because leaders cannot maintain their trust and betray them.
“People often feel hurt because the trust given is not trustworthy, when they speak they often lie, that's right. When they are given trust, they often betray,” said Ganjar.
The presidential candidate supported by the PDI Perjuangan (PDIP), PPP, Perindo and the Hanura Party admitted that he had received complaints from artists regarding the cultural conditions in Indonesia.
Because of these conditions, Ganjar and his partner Mahfud MD are committed to maintaining cultural resilience in the country.
“What is cultural resilience? Good behavior. What is that? Good ethics, what is that, respect for our parents and teachers, what is that? Good manners,” said Ganjar.
According to Ganjar, it is not difficult for him and Mahfud to support the development of arts and culture.
“It's not difficult for Ganjar-Mahfud, the government regulates it, the government facilitates artists and cultural figures who carry it out directly, satset, that's what we can do,” he said.
Therefore, this white-haired presidential candidate ensured that he and Mahfud would resolve all these problems.
“Then God willing, Ganjar-Mahfud will carry out this mandate,” he said.
