One of the problems that many people often experience when reporting their Annual Tax Return (SPT) is forgetting their Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN). The reason is, often the EFIN number is not recorded and is simply forgotten.
Previously, complaints about forgetting EFIN services were mostly conveyed via short messages on the Kring Tax account at X (formerly Twitter). Now the same thing can no longer be done, starting January 5 2024..
This was also conveyed by the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) in the Kring Tax account in X.
So, how to solve it?
