BANGKOK – A man is determined to return a statue that his son took from a temple in Nakhon Nayok province, Thailand, after the boy admitted that he was being disturbed by a large creature, aka Buto Ijo.
As reported by Thaiger, Thursday (25/1/2024), Ponchai, 31, returned to Wat Lam Bua Loi in Tha Ruea district with his family carrying a Hulk toy, flowers and a set of religious paraphernalia to give to the monks.
According to him, he had visited the wat before, where his son took the statue home during his visit.
However, after returning home, his son began experiencing health problems and sprained one of his arms.
The family started to worry when they saw a large man wandering around the house and Ponchai's children often called him a 'ghost'.
The child often cried and claimed to see ghosts, while several other family members admitted to seeing a large board at home almost every night.
Believing that all the mysterious events were caused by the toys being taken, Ponchai decides to return them to the temple.
