Suara.com – The Indonesian Survey Institute (LSI) released survey results showing the latest electability of each presidential candidate and vice presidential candidate.
In the national survey conducted on January 10-11, candidate pair number 2 Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka were consistently at the top.
Prabowo-Gibran won the most votes with electability of 47 percent from 1,206 respondents.
Below him is candidate pair number 1 Anies Baswedan and Muhaimin Iskandar with 23.2 percent. This figure is quite small compared to the electability of candidate pair number 3, Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud MD, which is 21.7 percent.
“Prabowo Subianto-Gibran is 47 percent ahead of Anies-Muhaimin Iskandar 23.2 percent and Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud 21.7 percent. “Around 8 percent have not indicated their choice,” said LSI’s statement, quoted on Saturday (20/1/2024).
This survey was conducted on 1,206 responses who already have the right to vote in the 2024 elections.
The respondents were selected using a double sampling method, namely random sampling from a collection of data resulting from a face-to-face survey conducted previously.
Interviews with respondents were conducted by telephone. The survey’s margin of error is claimed to be around 2.9 percent at a 95 percent confidence level.
