Breaking News: Real Madrid crowned themselves as champions of the Spanish Super Cup after destroying Barcelona with a score of 4-1 in the final. In the final which was held at the King Saud University Stadium, Monday (15/1/2024) early morning WIB, Real Madrid scored four goals against Barcelona.
Vinicius Jr. scored four Real Madrid goals. via a hat-trick in the 7th minute’. 9′ and 38′ Another Real Madrid goal was scored by Rodrygo in the 63rd minute. Robert Lewandowski scored Barcelona’s only goal in the 32nd minute.
Real Madrid won the tournament for the third time since moving to Saudi Arabia and switching to a four-team format in 2019. Although the Spanish Super Cup will not be the main priority for either team this season, LaLiga’s two big teams always relish the opportunity to win it.
Last year’s Super Cup win had revitalized Barça, who eventually won the league, which Madrid will be expected to do this season, especially as they have a seven-point lead over their Clasico rivals.
