Presidential Candidate Debate
Previously, the interim chairman of the KPK, Nawawi Pamolango, admitted that he regretted attending the presidential candidate debate held by the General Election Commission (KPU) on Tuesday (12/12/2023).
He felt that he did not find the ideas of the three presidential candidates in efforts to eradicate corruption.
“Invited to watch the coachman debate, eh, sorry, presidential candidate debate. I’m tired from here, I’m going there (KPU), I want to hear there is a concept for eradicating corruption, he has nothing to offer,” said Nawawi at Istora. Senayan, Central Newsdelivers.com, Wednesday (13/12/2023).
Nawawi admitted that he had only heard words encouraging the eradication of corruption, but according to him he had minimal ideas.
“The language is, yes, it’s just eradicating corruption, that’s it, strengthening the Corruption Eradication Commission. But like what? There’s nothing like that. I’m so sorry why we had to be in traffic jams last night,” he said.
