Suara.com – Presidential candidate number 3, Ganjar Pranowo visited Wonosobo Main Market, Jalan A Yani, Wonosobo, Central Java, Monday (18/12/2023). During his visit, Ganjar took time to chat with market traders.
Based on Suara.com monitoring, Ganjar also bought tempeh at the market. He was even observed buying a bunch of petai.
Not only that, Ganjar was also seen buying hats and caps at the main market.
Ganjar said that the reason he often visits the market is because this place is a daily reality.
“Actually, the market is a daily reality, when traders meet, they tell them whether their merchandise is selling or not. “There are buyers, buyers feel that the price is okay or not,” said Ganjar.
He said that his visits to markets were also a form of controlling inflation.
“Firstly, supply, secondly, price stabilization. If there is a problem, they will usually convey it to us. “As Christmas and New Year approach, there are usually price or supply fluctuations,” explained Ganjar.
Before the Wonosobo Main Market, there were several markets that Ganjar had visited.
“They will convey the problems that arise there, like yesterday in Magelang Regency, ‘Sir, how did my market catch fire’. “Then I called the regent and it was sent today,” he said.
“So what I mean is that we get used to being responsive to the set by briefing them or their problems and making decisions,” he added.
