Suara.com – Orgasm is the peak of sexual intercourse that women can experience. When that moment occurs, a woman’s body will react mentally and physically. Sexual expert Doctor Boyke Dian Nugraha said that this is normal for women to experience.
Doctor Boyke said that a woman’s orgasm is an involvement of the mind and the physical.
“What was the thought? The woman felt that she was floating, the woman felt that she couldn’t say anything anymore. So, the French said it was a small death. It was as if she had died by being lifted up, with a pleasure that couldn’t be described,” said Doctor Boyke, quoted from video footage shared by the MeMey TikTok account.
The involvement of the mind is difficult for his partner to see because it can only be felt by his wife. However, there are physical signs that a man can even feel if his wife has managed to reach orgasm. These signs include everything from body convulsions to sighing.
“The physical signs are small convulsions that spread upwards every 0.7 seconds accompanied by the woman’s uterus sucking the man’s penis. And the man’s penis is also clamped, as if being massaged,” he said.
“In addition, his pulse increased, there was redness on his face, and his breathing became increasingly heavier and his mouth was moaning,” added Doctor Boyke.
In a different video, Doctor Boyke also mentioned that women can even release fluid during orgasm, like men who release sperm when ejaculating. The discharge from the vagina makes women feel like they want to urinate. Doctor Boyke calls this condition a g-spot orgasm.
“A g-spot orgasm will produce fluid, squirting fluid like a man ejaculating,” explained Doctor Boyke.

Unlike men, women have two types of orgasm. The type of orgasm felt depends on the stimulation point on the vagina that is touched by the partner. Namely, the point on the clitoris and the G-spot area.
“The clitoris is the point of a woman’s first orgasm and almost 99 percent, even almost 100 percent of women have a clitoris. If it is stimulated she will orgasm. And the g-spot is the second organ point in women, if that point is stimulated then the woman will orgasm, but the organism is different ,” said Doctor Boyke.
The difference, continued the doctor who graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia, is that a clitoral orgasm or one that occurs as a result of the clitoris being touched will only cause a good feeling in women without any discharge.
The fluid that comes out during orgasm and makes women want to urinate can only occur when the g-spot area is stimulated.
