This is Coldplay’s first appearance in Indonesia. Therefore, it is natural that the enthusiasm of their fans in Indonesia is very high.
Evidently, Coldplay concert tickets sold out immediately on the first day of sales. The promoter provided 70,000 tickets.
However, Coldplay’s concert received rejection from some people in Indonesia. This is because they were accused of being LGBT supporters.
Even before the concert, there were demonstrations around GBK. They asked that the British band’s concert be cancelled. The demonstrators only dispersed after sunset.
