Furthermore, Maia Estianty said that if you want to diet you have to exercise. Maia said, she did cycling three times a week when she was on a diet.
“You have to do it three times an hour a week. Bicycle, one hour’s bicycle speed is 24 km per hour. Eh, basically every time I pedal for an hour, I do 24 km per hour. One hour is 24 km,” said Maia Estianty.
