Suara.com – Rapper Putri Estiani or Ramengvrl was apparently also affected by the cancellation of the Greenlane Festival at Laswi Heritage, Bandung, West Java on Sunday (5/11/2023). His name is on the list of performers and has arrived in Bandung to prepare himself for the performance.
“We’ve arrived in Bandung. It turns out that on D-1, we were told that we wouldn’t appear,” said Ramengvrl on the sidelines of the 2023 AMI Awards at JIExpo, Kemayoran, Newsdelivers.com, Wednesday (8/11/2023).

Ramengvrl admitted that he and his team had sensed something wrong before the Greenlane Festival organizers finally announced the cancellation of the event.
“Their communication was a bit poor. We thought, is this really an event?” said Ramengvrl.
Fortunately, the cancellation of the Greenlane Festival did not impact Ramengvrl’s payments. The organizers continue to pay the service fees that must be paid to present Ramengvrl.
“They have carried out their obligations. As for the payments, I give them a thumbs up,” said Ramengvrl.

However, Ramengvrl still asks other promoters to use the Greenlane Festival case as a lesson. Don’t let any more music festival event committee misappropriate funds to the point that the event is canceled.
“This is not good. It’s simple, it’s not good,” said Ramengvrl.
Ramengvrl personally also took lessons to be more careful in taking up gig offers from music festival organizers in the future.
“Since that incident, I immediately told the team that the contract must be stricter. It’s a pity for those who want to watch us. We’ve arrived in Bandung, but the show was cancelled,” said Ramengvrl.
As is known, the Greenlane Festival was canceled because their project manager, Bagus, misappropriated investor funds amounting to IDR 1.5 billion. The money that should have been used to cover event production costs was instead used by Bagus to go on a spree and pay off his debts.
