Have you ever heard of KMNR? KMNR is an abbreviation of Realistic Narrative Mathematics Competition.
This competition was first held in 2006 and has been participated by the best Indonesian students. Interestingly, many KMNR participants throughout Indonesia have won gold, silver and bronze medals in international mathematics competitions, you know.
This mathematics competition was held by the MIPA Education Clinic (KPM), Bunda. Quoting the MI Negeri 9 Newsdelivers.com page, Realistic Nalaria Mathematics (MNR) itself is a new breakthrough in mathematics learning, where students are accustomed to using reasoning in understanding Mathematics and solving problems in everyday life.
