Later, emission test tickets will be spread across a number of areas of DKI Newsdelivers.com and will be carried out 51 times.
“The DKI Newsdelivers.com Provincial Environmental Service together with Polda Metro Jaya will carry out emission test raids 51 times and spread across a number of points in five areas of DKI Newsdelivers.com,” said Head of the DKI Newsdelivers.com Environmental Service (DLH) Asep Kuswanto, quoted on Tuesday (31/10 /2023).
Meanwhile, emission test fines will be reintroduced starting November 1 2023 after the DKI Newsdelivers.com Provincial Government conducted an evaluation with several parties. Now, the DKI Provincial Government considers emission test tickets to be very effective in improving air quality in Newsdelivers.com.
“Emission test raids will run with a refined mechanism,” said Asep.
It is known that the emission test ticket raid policy has been implemented again to increase public participation in carrying out emissions tests on their vehicles.
In fact, fines for emission test tickets still apply as before. The provisions are in accordance with Article 285 Paragraph 1 and Article 276 of Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation (LLAJ).
