Suara.com – Awareness of living a healthy lifestyle is influenced by environmental factors, including the home environment. The impact of a clean home environment is no joke, because it affects not only physical health, but also mental and emotional health.
A clean home environment helps prevent the spread of disease. Not only that, when your house is neat and clean, you are more likely to be more productive.
A clean and tidy home environment can also reduce stress. When you live in a messy and dirty house, it can create tension and anxiety. On the other hand, a clean and organized home provides a feeling of calm and comfort.
By keeping your home clean and tidy, you create a strong foundation for a healthy lifestyle. A clean and orderly environment can support healthy decisions, improve physical and mental health, and provide an overall better quality of life.
