Suara.com – Aide to the Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Kevin Egananta Joshua finished being questioned at Polda Metro Jaya on Friday (13/10/2023).
Kevin Egananta was questioned by investigators from the Corruption Sub-Directorate of the Special Criminal Investigation Directorate (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Metro Jaya regarding the case of alleged extortion by KPK leaders against former Minister of Agriculture (Mentan) Syahrul Yasin Limpo alias SYL.
The examination of Kevin Egananta lasted eight hours, from 14.00 to 22.00 WIB on Friday (13/10/2023).
According to Suara.com’s observations, after undergoing the examination, Kevin, who came out of the Polda Metro Jaya Promoter Building, immediately rushed to the car.

Not a word was spoken when the media crew asked several questions regarding this case, one of which concerned the process of handing over the extortion money.
The Director of Special Criminal Investigation (Dirreskrimsus) said that his party would re-examine Kevin on Wednesday (18/10/2023) next week.
“A summons will be scheduled again for the person concerned regarding additional examinations,” said Ade at Polda Metro Jaya, Newsdelivers.com, Friday (13/10/2023) evening.
Claims There Was No Direction from Firli
On Friday afternoon, Kevin was present to fulfill the summons of investigators from the Corruption Sub-Directorate, Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya at around 11.15 WIB. He attended in a Mitsubishi Xpander car with red plates along with several representatives from the KPK Legal Bureau.

When he arrived at the location, Kevin, who was wearing a purple shirt and carrying a red folder, immediately rushed in. He admitted that there were no special instructions from Firli ahead of today’s examination.
“There weren’t any instructions. I just answered,” said Kevin.
Ade explained that Kevin was initially scheduled to be questioned on Wednesday (11/10/2023). However, at that time the person concerned asked to be postponed on the grounds that he was on work duty.
“The examination of the person concerned has been rescheduled for this Friday,” Ade told reporters, Thursday (12/10/2023).
On Thursday (12/2023), investigators from the Corruption Crime Sub-Directorate, Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya also scheduled an examination of three witnesses.
One of them is the Director of Public Reporting and Complaints Services at the KPK, Tomi Murtomo.
However, Tomi also did not attend on the grounds that he was on duty and asked to postpone it to Monday (16/10/2023) next week.
“A summons has been prepared and sent back to the person concerned to schedule an examination on Monday, October 16 2023 at 10.00 WIB,” he said.
