In a separate location, Lia Amalia, Head of the Task Force for the Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence at Gorontalo State University (UNG), said that previously, when the alleged RS perpetrator was still a lecturer at UNG, he had been involved in a case of alleged sexual violence against a female student.
“At that time someone reported it, and after we checked and studied it, it turned out that there was treatment by the perpetrator towards the victim which actually led to acts of sexual violence,” he said.

In this case, a decision letter (SK) was issued from the Chancellor stating that the hospital was officially removed from the UNG campus. However, when RS moved to become a lecturer at another campus in Gorontalo, his party received information that the person concerned was involved in the same case again with the same victim.
“So in the second case, when the same victim reported it, this lecturer’s position was no longer at UNG, but at another campus. So we wrote to that campus and he was processed there,” he said.
He said the incident initially occurred around February, while the hospital was officially removed from the UNG campus in March through the Chancellor’s Decree.
“The decision to terminate the hospital was made by the campus because the results of our examination found there were elements that could lead to sexual violence,” he added. (Between)
