Michelle Joan recently shared a story about adopting a healthy lifestyle.
The 30-year-old artist admits that he is diligent in exercising to maintain a healthy body.
Joan admits that she enjoys doing gym sports and playing tennis. Joan chose these two sports because they were the right combination to maintain her fitness.
“Yes, gym or tennis, I’ve been playing tennis for about a year, quite a long time, but I’m not really good at it yet,” said Michelle Joan in the Kuningan area, South Newsdelivers.com, on Friday (29/9).
“Yes, I combine it, the gym is a sport with a slower phase, right, whereas tennis is more cardio, so I think that’s a suitable combination, there’s lifting weights, and there’s also cardio,” he continued.
Even though she exercises diligently, Michelle Joan apparently admits that she is not the type of woman who is very strict about maintaining food calories.
In fact, Michelle admits that she really enjoys eating and can eat many culinary menus every day.
“Not at all (the type of girl who really pays attention to food calories), I really like eating, so I’m not the type who likes counting calories,” said Michelle Joan.
“So I eat a lot every day, and I really like dessert (snacks), so I don’t limit myself (what I eat),” he continued.
However, Michelle Joan feels lucky because she is also diligent in exercising even though she really likes eating.
This ensures that a healthy lifestyle remains balanced.
“But luckily I also really like sports, so it’s quite balanced,” he concluded.
