The cast of the soap opera Keluarga Cemara reunited through a big screen film in 2021 entitled Thank You Mum, Thank You Abah (TETA movie). Even though it uses names similar to the soap opera version, the film is not related to the original Keluarga Cemara.
The reason is, the copyright for Keluarga Cemara is already owned by Visinema Pictures, which is working on the big screen version with the same title. Meanwhile, TETA film is under the auspices of the Alimi Pictures production house.
