RIYADH – Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) is one of the Crown Princes and Prime Ministers of Saudi Arabia. He is known as a figure who has enormous wealth.
The seventh son of King Salman has abundant wealth generated from various sources of income. He is so rich that Mohammed bin Salman owns many luxury properties spread across a number of regions.
The following are two luxury properties owned by Mohammed bin Salman:
1. Chateau Louis XIV, Paris
Mohammed bin Salman is known to own a luxury mansion in Paris known as the “Chateau Louis XIV”. The sultan bought the house in 2015 for US$300 million or around Rp. 4.5 trillion.

This luxurious house has a nightclub and a gold-leaf fountain. The property also has a cinema, as well as an underwater glass room in a moat that resembles a giant aquarium with white leather sofas.
2. Apartment in New York City
Reporting from the therichest page, Mohammed bin Salman is also known to reportedly own several luxury apartments in New York City. It is not known exactly how many there are, but it is certain that the apartment has a shape like the residence of a king.
The figure known as MBS also has a penthouse at 432 Park Avenue, the tallest residential building in the world. This property will be the sultan’s residence when he visits several cities in the United States.
In Saudi Arabia, he is also overseeing the construction of a new city called Neom which is being marketed as a future technology, innovation and tourism hub. This project was launched to create jobs for its residents.
Meanwhile, amidst his life of owning many properties, MBS is also known as a figure who collects many luxury vehicles. As a member of the crown prince, he has special access to some of the most luxurious vehicles and planes in the world.
