Acha Sinaga recently reported that his second son, Jethro Kenaniah Ambarita, was diagnosed with hip dysplasia. Revealed directly through his Instagram, Acha also included a video compilation showing the son called Kenan while undergoing treatment.
Acha explained that Kenan was diagnosed with hip dysplasia when he was 3 months old. This condition occurs when the ball joint is not in its proper position.

Acha further explained her son’s condition via Instagram, on Friday (25/8). “Hi everyone, I want to tell you a story. At 3 months old, our second child, Kenan, was diagnosed by a doctor as having Hip Dysplasia. So it turns out that the ball part of Kenan’s joint isn’t in the position it should be. So, the joint becomes unstable.”
This condition was also triggered by his breech position when he was still in Acha’s womb. If left untreated, then Kenan runs the risk of limping or having his bones move out of place. “The reason is because Kenan’s position was breech when he was still in my womb. And if it’s not treated now, later Kenan’s walk can limp or the bones can move out of place.”
Doctor’s Handling

The pediatrician who handled Kenan immediately made an appointment with a specialist in orthopedic surgery for children. After further consultation, the doctor stated that Kenan’s condition was still relatively mild and could still be treated with a pelvic harness treatment.
The 34-year-old woman continued, “I thought Kenan had to be operated on right away. But after we consulted and Kenan was examined further, the doctor said that what Kenan was suffering from was still mild and could be treated with treatment using a pelvic harness.” So, for 6 weeks Kenan must use the tool and will see its progress.
