Couple Chitra Sari and Irwan Arilaha had experience opening a coffee shop in Jakarta. When they moved to the US, settling in a small town, Salisbury, Maryland, the two saw a market opportunity for poke restaurants, a traditional Hawaiian food. Thus was born Izza Poke & Coffee, which serves Indonesian avocado iced coffee.
