Initially, Rafael Tan, one of the SMASH boy group members, intensively created review content for typical Sundanese food and snacks on his Instagram account using Sundanese. At one time, this man who was born in Garut shared a video of mukbang seblak mortar and the recipe. The seblak content then went viral and many people were tempted to try it. Seblak cobek, or in Sundanese called seblak coét, is made from rose crackers, garlic, galangal and cayenne pepper, then served on a mortar. This Rafael-style seblak cobek presents a savory and spicy taste that is different from the seblak sauce that is generally available.
