Officially indicating that Indonesia does not recognize the existence of the state of Israel. So it is not surprising that regulations have emerged that prohibit flying the flag and playing the Israeli national anthem in the country.
This prohibition is also contained in the Minister of Foreign Affairs Regulation (Permenlu) Number 3 of 2019 concerning Foreign Relations by Regional Governments in Chapter X Special Matters point B number 150. Foreign Minister Retno signed it herself.

Among them, In dealing with Israel it is necessary to observe the procedures that exist and are still in place:
a. There is no official relationship between the Indonesian Government at any level and Israel, including in correspondence using official letterhead;
b. Not receiving the Israeli delegation officially and in official places;
c. The flying/using of flags, symbols and other attributes as well as the playing of the Israeli national anthem in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia is not permitted;
e. Visits by Israeli citizens to Indonesia can only be made using a regular passport; And
f. Authorization for granting visas to Israeli citizens is carried out by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights cq Directorate General of Immigration. Visas are granted in the form of an affidavit through the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Singapore or the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Bangkok.”
