Suara.com – The ornamental plant project initiated by residents of Tohpati Hamlet, Kesiman Kertalangu Village, East Denpasar, was formed three years ago. Around 60 people are members of the cluster, which is currently known as Aksi Darma Kembang (ADK).
Residents work on ornamental plant projects with their respective specialties. This activity was supervised by the General Chair of the ADK Cluster, Surianto Galito.
“People know me better as Galito. On a daily basis, I check the children at the hotel for maintenance. “I myself produce plants, usually I make plants like that,” he said.
“Some of us serve individuals or companies, such as villas, hotels and others,” added Surianto, when explaining his daily activities.
Unfortunately, this activity did not progress as expected. According to Surianto, difficult capital was once an obstacle.
“We are lucky, with the formation of the Dharma Kembang Action, we were offered by BRI to provide socialization to members. Thank God, until now we are still working with BRI. Most of BRI’s assistance is used for capital. “We entered KUR, BRI’s KUR,” said Surianto.
Not only KUR, now ADK also makes transactions using QRIS. This collaboration is considered very profitable, especially for ADK Cluster members.
Head of Tohpati Hamlet, Desa Kesiman Kertalungu, I Nyoman Nada said, the hamlet head often interacts with business actors in our area. The Head of the BRI Tohpati Branch Unit came to the residents and offered help.
“They conveyed what efforts could be touched by BRI’s presence in our area. “So, at that time, we conveyed one of the existing communities or associations, namely ADK Bali, most of whose members are based in Tohpati Hamlet,” he said.
Meanwhile, ADK Treasurer, Sugiono said, since joining the BRI ADK Tohpati Cluster, he and his friends have experienced many benefits.
“There are many benefits, especially for myself and my junior colleagues who are just starting out. “Collaboration with BRI can improve our economy,” said the man who joined ADK in 2020.
Surianto hopes that BRI’s support can be maintained and that members will also look after each other. “Maintaining the meaning, we are orderly in payments and try to use all transactions using BRI,” he said.
