The artist with the initials N was arrested by Bareskrim Polri after being caught using hard drugs or class G.
Artist N was arrested along with several other people at a cafe in the Senopati area, South Newsdelivers.com on Saturday (18/11).
“Just three people, 1 of whom was positive for amphetamine,” said the National Police’s Criminal Investigation Directorate of Narcotics, Brigadier General Mukti Juharsa, quoting detikcom.
The police revealed that they had secured evidence from news of ecstasy and liquor from the raid at KLOUD Sky Dining & Lounge.
The evidence was thrown away before it was finally found. The police are also checking CCTV to find out the owner.
“Yes, there are eight ecstasy pills, 2 Happy Five pills, 28 bottles of alcohol which are suspected of violating the Customs Law,” he continued.
“Some people will be asked for information later,” continued Brigadier General Mukti.
However, artist N was immediately sent home after being arrested by the police. N is said to have consumed the hard drug with the doctor’s permission. The urine test results also stated that N was negative for narcotics.
“Yes N, he used hard drugs but used a doctor’s permission. It was returned because he had a doctor’s permission, there was a doctor’s letter,” explained Brigadier General Mukti.
“The urine test was negative. He (was taking hard drugs) had a doctor’s letter and a doctor’s prescription, so he was allowed to use the drugs,” he continued.
Meanwhile, it is not yet known who the artist N was who was arrested for using hard drugs. Netizens also expressed their curiosity about the figure of artist N.
