Suara.com – Ghisca Debora Aritonang alias GDA, a suspect in the Coldplay concert ticket fraud case, was finally arrested. Since Friday (17/11/2023) this woman from Tangerang has been detained at the Central Newsdelivers.com Metro Police.
Susatyo Police Chief Purnomo Condro explained the chronology of the fraud committed by Ghisca Debora Aritonang. He, who is usually a concert ticket reseller, initially got 39 tickets.
“GDA participated in a ticket war last May, got 39 tickets and then offered them to his friends,” said Police Chief Susatyo Purnomo Condro at the Central Newsdelivers.com Metro Police on Monday (20/11/2023).
Ghisca Debora Aritonang then bragged about being able to get Coldplay concert tickets to several people. So it can be collected until a ticket is made.
“The GDA’s pretext was to get a compliment. The person concerned said he knew the promoter,” said Police Chief Susatyo Purnomo Condro.
However, when confirmed to the promoter, there was no communication, from May to November. So you can be sure that the claim of a complementary ticket is a lie.
Arriving on the day, a number of resellers who wanted to collaborate with Ghisca then collected Coldplay concert tickets. This is what made them report the matter to the police.
There are at least six victims with fantastic values, an average of IDR 1.5 billion. When accumulated, the total loss reached IDR 5.1 billion.
