Jobs for women with high salaries
1. Pharmacist
Pharmacists administer and distribute medications to patients who have received prescriptions from their doctors. Pharmacists also offer advice on medication use.
Although most pharmacists work in pharmacies and drug stores, others work in hospitals, clinical settings, and own their own pharmacies. Pharmacists must have a doctor of pharmacy degree and be licensed. Pharmacists can obtain a license by passing two professional exams.
2. Chief executive of the company
The chief executive plans, coordinates, and supervises company operations. They work to ensure that the company achieves its goals.
Chief executives work in a variety of public and private sector industries. Although they typically earn the highest salaries of all management positions, they also work very long hours and are essentially responsible for the success of the company.
3. Manager IT
IT managers are tasked with designing, coordinating, implementing, and analyzing computer-related projects. Their responsibilities may involve hands-on work in software and hardware, web design database development, as well as overall work in designing a company’s IT approach and strategy.

4. Doctor

The average salary of a doctor in Indonesia ranges from IDR 50 million to IDR 100 million per month. To become a doctor, a person must study a Bachelor of Medicine for 6 years and take part in an internship program for 1 year.
After that, doctors must take the Indonesian Doctor Competency Test (UKDI) to obtain a Registration Certificate (STR).
5. Software developer
Software developers or software developers create and help design computer programs. They do everything from analyzing user needs to designing applications and helping write code to improve existing software.
This field is projected to grow rapidly in the next few years. The BLS estimates growth of 22% between 2020 and 2030. This is much faster than average.
6. Lawyer or notary
Lawyers advise and represent individual clients, businesses, non-profits, or government organizations regarding legal issues or legal disputes. Becoming a lawyer requires a four-year college degree and three years of law school training.
To be able to work professionally, lawyers must take and pass the bar exam in their country. Female lawyers or notaries are also among those with the highest salaries.
7. HRD Manager
The HR Manager is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new members of the company’s employee team. Additionally, they may be involved in other aspects of employee relations, including payroll, benefits, and training.

8. Psychologist
Psychologists are tasked with helping people who experience mental disorders or psychological problems. The average salary of a psychologist in Indonesia ranges from IDR 10 million to IDR 30 million per month.
To become a psychologist, you must take a bachelor’s degree in psychology for 4 years and take part in a professional psychologist program for 1 year. After that, psychologists must take the Psychology Competency Examination (UKP) to get STR.
9. Investment analyst
Investment analysts are tasked with analyzing and assessing investment potential. The average salary of an investment analyst ranges from IDR 20 million to IDR 50 million per month. To become an investment analyst, you must have a bachelor’s degree in economics, management or accounting.
10. Financial manager
Financial managers are responsible for managing company or individual finances. A financial manager’s salary can be very large depending on how many clients he gets. He can even work individually without having to be under company management.
To become a financial manager, you must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics or management. You even need to get a financial planner certificate so you can get additional income.
