Although it is not certain, many researchers believe that exercising can bring happiness to the body. Exercise can improve brain function and maintain mental health. You don’t need to do strenuous exercise like a marathon to increase happy hormones, just do light exercise for 30 minutes a day. By moving your body a lot, happiness will continue to increase. Moreover, if you do sports outside, apart from physical movement, breathing fresh air and interacting with nature will support your inner happiness.
A study of happy people shows that socialization plays an important role in achieving happiness. On average, they are people who have many social circles, whether from family, co-workers or other social communities. Therefore, socializing is very important to support feelings of happiness so as not to experience deep loneliness. At the very least, you must have family or friends who you can contact when you need help.
