Coldplay’s concert at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK), Wednesday (15/11) was marked by demonstrations.
From InsertLive’s monitoring, demonstrators from the Anti-LGBT Movement Alliance who packed gate 10 of GBK from noon were still visible until 16.00 WIB.
In their speeches, the demonstrators asked the police to ensure that there was no LGBT propaganda or flying of rainbow flags during the concert.
“There they found their symbols at the point of the door, there were large and small banners, there were also things that encouraged the raising of the rainbow flag,” said the demonstrator.
“However, we found no LGBT flags,” he continued.
Demonstrators also hope that the authorities can ensure that Coldplay’s concert will not be marked by the raising of rainbow flags.
“Hopefully the authorities can be trustworthy and give us guarantees that this concert will not contain rainbow propaganda,” he stressed.
After delivering their speech, the Anti-LGBT Movement Alliance began leaving the GBK area at 17.00 WIB while shouting takbir.
Coldplay’s concert will start at 19.45 WIB with Rahmania Astrini’s opening performance. Coldplay only took to the stage at 20.45 WIB
