Reporting from People, Kate Middleton along with Prince William and Princess Anne appeared in an interview on the podcast ‘The Good, The Bad, and The Rugby’ belonging to Mike Tindall, Princess Anne’s son-in-law, last October.
They were there to talk about the Rugby World Cup held in France last month, where the three of them are supporters of the Welsh, English and Scottish Rugby Unions.
There is an interesting conversation in the podcast which is more than an hour long. Kate said that since childhood, her family had taught her how important it was to continue to be active, such as exercising.
Talking about her favorite sport, the mother of three revealed that she likes swimming in cold water temperatures. What’s interesting is that he can even swim even though it’s nighttime and it’s raining.
“Colder would be better. I really like doing that,” he said.
The beautiful woman also revealed what her husband said to her when he found out about her favorite sport. “To the point that William said something like this, ‘Catherine, you are crazy’. The sky is already dark and it’s raining too.”
Her older sister, Pippa, is a swimmer. She even wrote that swimming was one of her mandatory sports during pregnancy.
According to Harvard Public Health, swimming in cold water is very beneficial for the body and mental health. So it’s not surprising why the two brothers love this sport.

Kate Middleton is sometimes not alone when exercising. For one thing, he and his three children often jump on the trampoline before going to school.
When asked whether her sports habits had passed on to her three children, the woman whose full name was Catherine Elizabeth Middleton still didn’t really find this in her children, namely Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
“The interesting thing is that the three of them are very different temperamentally,” he answered.
He also added the fact that his three children were trying various sports from an early age. “They are still very small,” he continued. “It will be interesting to see how they grow and develop.”
Not only that, the future Queen of England, born in 1982, is also known to like tennis. In fact, his Anmer Hall house, which was his wedding gift from the late Queen Elizabeth II, has its own field for him to exercise with Prince William.
