JAKARTA – October 28, every year, is celebrated as Youth Pledge Day (HSP). This year, the HSP commemoration enters its 95th year, and a sincere invitation has been given to enliven it, with the hope of gathering Indonesian people in a spirit of togetherness.
According to the event schedule announced on Friday (27/10/2023), Menpora Dito Ariotedjo will report on the implementation of the 2023 HSP which will take place at the Jakarta National Monument (Monas).
The series of events for the 95th Youth Pledge Day will include the launch of the song “United Youth”, a moment of togetherness and unity for Indonesian youth, as well as appreciation for the pioneers and movers in the development of the youth sector. The peak event will be enlivened by performances by national musicians such as JKT 48, Wika Salim, Saykoji X Yacko X Laze X Ramben, D’Masiv, Dhyo Haw, Tri Vanita, and The Sigit.
The theme for the 2023 Youth Pledge Day commemoration is “Together Advancing Indonesia”. This theme invites all components of the nation to make the culture of mutual cooperation and mutual assistance an important element in the formation of national character.
Menpora Dito said that the HSP commemoration at Monas would involve all elements from youth organizations, communities and individuals.

Dito emphasized that the concept for the 95th Youth Pledge Day event would be prepared in a style that suits the tastes of the younger generation. The Ministry of Youth and Sports tries to become the “home of young people” through various youth programs.

I hope that with this activity, our young people will not only celebrate the glory of the past, but also prepare to achieve glory in the future in the future with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, which is the home for youth. Therefore, this event will be a historic and meaningful moment for all of us,” said the Minister of Youth and Sports, who also collaborated with Kiki Ucup as Festival Director of Pesta Pora to manage the celebration of Youth Pledge Day. 95.
