Appearing for the full 90 minutes, Indonesian national team defender, Jordi Amat, was unable to prevent his club, Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) from defeat when they visited the headquarters of the South Korean giant team, Ulsan Hyundai in the continuation of the 2023/2024 Asian Champions League.
JDT, the Malaysian club strengthened by Jordi Amat, lost with a score of 1-3 to Ulsan Hyundai at Munsu Football Stadium, Ulsan, Tuesday (24/10/2023) evening WIB.
Jordi Amat, who was absent from defending the Indonesian national team during the October international break, turned out to be fit and played fully for JDT in this match against Ulsan Hyundai. However, Jordi failed to help his club achieve positive results.
At Munsu Football Stadium, Ulsan Hyundai immediately played fiercely at the start of the first half. As a result, the home team was able to score a goal in the fifth minute through Seung-Hyun Jung after using Darijan Bojanic’s pass.

In the 36th minute, Ulsan Hyundai itself had to play with 10 players until the end of the match. Because, Tae-Hwan Kim was given a second yellow card and was automatically given a red card.
However, the advantage in the number of players was not able to be utilized optimally by the visiting team. JDT was only able to score one goal back through its flagship striker, Bergson in the 53rd minute.
Until the match was finished, there were no additional goals between the two teams. Ulsan Hyundai won 3-1 over JDT.
