Suara Ponorogo – The Ponorogo Regency Government, East Java, has again opened the acceptance of government employees with employment agreements (PPPK) as teachers. A total of 251 teacher PPPK formations are available in this recruitment, with special attention for teachers with special needs.
In the recruitment of State Civil Servants (ASN) for the Government Employee Development Program with Work Agreements (P3K) for Teachers with special needs, it has not yet reached the target in 2023, there are 7 teacher formations that are still vacant for applicants with special needs.
“The total number of PPPK teacher formations is 251, and initially we offered 7 special formations for applicants with special needs. This means there are 7 formations that are still empty,” said the Head of the Ponorogo Human Resources Personnel and Training Agency (BKPSDM), Andy Susetyo, in Friday, October 6, 2023.
The remaining formation, totaling 7 people, was then opened to applicants with general needs until October 9 2023.

“On October 6, we received 295 applicants from the general needs category. This number still has the potential to increase, considering that registration will last until October 9,” he added.
Andy also explained the special criteria for applicants with special needs. They must be former Category II Honorary Staff (Ex THK-II) who have reached the threshold score in the PPPK procurement selection for functional teacher positions in 2021.
Apart from that, they must also be non-State Civil Apparatus (Non-ASN) teachers in state schools registered in the Basic Education Data (Dapodik) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbud Ristek) and have a minimum work period of 3 years.
Meanwhile, for applicants with general needs, said Andy, they include graduates of Professional Teacher Education (PPG) who are registered in the teacher professional education graduation database at the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology, and also teachers who are registered in the Dapodik of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology.
According to data from the Ponorogo Education Service (Dindik), the number of teachers registered in Dapodik in both state and private schools in Ponorogo Regency reaches around 2800 people.

“So, it is very likely that the number of applicants with general needs will continue to increase. Because there are still many teachers registered in Dapodik in Ponorogo,” he concluded.

Applicants who meet the requirements are expected to immediately register to fill these important positions in supporting education in Ponorogo Regency.
