Suara Sumatra – An uncle in Simalungun, North Sumatra (North Sumatra), abused a woman who was none other than his niece.
The perpetrator named Amsi Rizal Nasution (54) tortured the victim Sartika Dewi Nasution (28) to death. It is suspected that the perpetrator was hurt because his mother was scolded by the victim.
The incident occurred in Bandar District, Simalungun Regency, Saturday 30 September 2023. He hit the victim using wood. This act of abuse caused a stir among local residents.
Residents rushed Sartika to the nearest hospital to get help, but the victim’s life could not be saved.

Simalungun Police Chief AKBP Ronald F Sipayung said the victim and perpetrator lived in the same house. The victim, who was given a place to stay in his house, instead kicked out the perpetrator and his mother.
A quarrel ensued. The perpetrator, who became emotional, then hit the victim using a piece of wood 60 cm long. The victim fell on the terrace of the house.
“The victim suffered injuries to the back of his head,” he said, as reported by SuaraSumut.id, Wednesday (4/10/2023).
The police who received the report went to the location and arrested the perpetrator. From the examination, said Ronald, the perpetrator carried out the action because he was hurt.
“Amsi abused him because he was hurt by the victim who kicked him and his mother out,” he said.

The perpetrator has been detained at the Trade Police. The police charged him under Article 351 paragraph 3 with the threat of a sentence of 7 years in prison.
